Exclusive lead
£12 per lead
A resident's request sent to your firm only, never shared with other firms.
Try featured free for 30 days. No card needed and no auto-charge. When the 30 days end, you choose whether to pay. If you don't, you go back to the free listing.
The terms
- No VAT. Prices are what you pay. Invoices say: "No VAT charged, not VAT registered".
- One firm per enquiry. Each resident request goes to one firm, so you're not competing with four others for it.
- Monthly, no contract. Featured listings can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds.
- Invalid numbers credited. Leads with an invalid phone number are credited in full if reported within 7 days.
- 60 days' notice of any price change.
How this compares
Checkatrade's basic membership starts from around £30 + VAT a month (about £36 with VAT) on its own terms (Checkatrade, read 16 Oct 2026). Featured here is £29 a month with no VAT on top.
Featured placement never changes the facts we publish (prices, areas, memberships), and paid placements are always labelled. Payments aren't being taken yet; we'll confirm by email before any charge.
